Terms of Service

Effective: September 4, 2026 Applies to: Prime Capital for iOS

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Prime Capital ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. What Prime Capital is

Prime Capital is a personal finance tracker for iPhone. It lets you record accounts, transactions, and categories, and view statistics about your own spending. The App is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, a payment processor, or a source of financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the App constitutes professional advice, and you're solely responsible for decisions you make based on the numbers you enter.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use Prime Capital. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your data

Prime Capital has no server and no user accounts. Everything you enter is stored on your own device and, only if you enable it, synced through your own private iCloud account. You own your data. We have no access to it, no copy of it, and no way to retrieve or delete it on your behalf — deleting the App, or turning off iCloud sync, is entirely within your control. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Because there's no account or server-side backup, you are responsible for keeping your own data safe — for example, by keeping iCloud sync enabled if you want a backup, or exporting a report before deleting the App.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App beyond what Apple's own platform permits;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to interfere with the App's operation on your device or others'.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Suren Egiian. These Terms don't grant you any rights to that intellectual property beyond the right to use the App for your own personal purposes, in line with Apple's standard end-user license terms.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suren Egiian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of data, loss of profits, or financial decisions made based on information in the App.

9. Changes to the App or these Terms

The App may change over time — features may be added, changed, or removed. These Terms may also be updated; if they change materially, the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the App at any time; because your data lives on your own device and your own iCloud account, discontinuing the App does not affect your ability to access data already stored there.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be handled under Belgian jurisdiction.
